Design

• Vanda Constructions will prepare a no obligation detailed cost of works for you based on your approved plans and specifications.
• If you do not have plans, specifications or council approval, we can engage several of our architects to give you a competitive no obligation design proposal.
• To provide you with a sense of security, we can arrange contact with several of our past clients so you can discuss their first hand experience with Vanda Constructions or alternatively we can arrange access for you to see some of our recently completed projects.

Construction

• Prior to construction commencing, Vanda Constructions will provide copies of industry standard home building contracts and all insurances, such as home owner’s warranty, public liability and other relevant insurances.
• We will offer professional project management from start to finish with all decisions and actions from discussions documented and emailed daily.
• We organise regular weekly minuted meetings throughout the contract period to ensure full owner participation and satisfaction is achieved.
• A full-time employed qualified supervisor will be provided throughout the entire project day-to-day and will always be reachable.
• Local reputable tradesman and only those who have worked with us before will be subcontracted to complete all construction works.

Completion

• Upon handover we will demonstrate use of your new home, explain all new systems and even outline energy efficient practices.
• Outstanding items will be documented and an action plan put in place immediately so as to not inconvenience you.
• After project completion and liability period, we will maintain contact and continue to work with you to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
