Vanda Constructions is a family-run building business which has been operating since 1994 and we are located on Sydney’s north shore. We specialise in building architecturally custom designed new homes,renovations, alterations, additions, extensions and restorations.

• We project manage the entire construction process along with the architect and owner.

The majority of our past works have been projects ranging in value from $20,000 to $2.5 million over the last two decades. Our main areas of operation are the upper and lower north shore, northern beaches, inner city and eastern suburbs.

• Vanda Constructions are members of the Master Builders association.
• We are experienced in all areas of building and construction. We are licensed and fully insured.
• Our qualifications consist of a Diploma in Drafting & CAD, 40 years experience in Building , Engineering, Drafting and a University Degree in Bachelor of Building Majoring in Construction Management.
